Technical Writer - Product Documentation

We are now expanding our product team to Islamabad, Lahore, and the vicinity and looking for a motivated candidate to create product documentation, including comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, and reference information for our entire product offering. Responsibilities

• Design write, and edit comprehensive technical documentation for the entire product offering, encompassing release notes, feature documentation, API manuals, and more.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the highest quality, discoverability, and precision of the content.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes.
• Skillfully address technical functional requirements related to the assigned module in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support business objectives.

• A proven track record in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing, with substantial experience in creating technical customer-facing training resources.
• Understand basic document versioning concepts and best practices.
• Comfortable using plain-text editors to author content using Markdown and HTML.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and specifications, including OpenAPI Specification, Swagger, Postman, or other API tools, to produce high-quality API documentation.
