We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director – Healthcare to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the U.S. healthcare sector. This role will focus on selling to large healthcare providers, payers, and health tech companies, helping them modernize their data security, privacy, and compliance programs.
Own and drive new business sales into large healthcare organizations (IDNs, payers, digital health companies, etc.)
Develop and execute a strategic account plan to penetrate and expand presence in the healthcare vertical
Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and Data Governance leaders
Navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and compliance requirements
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Compliance teams to align customer needs with Securiti.ai’s platform capabilities
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Serve as a thought leader at key healthcare industry events, conferences, and forums
Stay informed of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) and ensure alignment with customer requirements
7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 3+ years focused on selling into the U.S. healthcare sector
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
Proven track record of exceeding quota and growing enterprise accounts
Experience selling data security, privacy, cloud, or compliance solutions preferred
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
