Director of Marketing for the APAC & Middle East region and an integral part of the global marketing leadership team and APAC leadership team.  Reporting to the VP of Marketing, they will drive regional marketing growth ensuring marketing message is aligned with company goals, on budget and localised to ensure relevance to the market to drive demand. They will be a true leader with solid skills in managing stakeholders and partnerships, working collaboratively to drive success.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Driving year-on-year growth, you will develop the annual strategic marketing plan aligned with company goals and regional pipeline targets, consistently achieving targets.

  • Work side by side with the Inside sales team to drive return on investment and lead follow up.  This will include analyzing and optimizing programs continually with the teams and reporting.

  • Establish and execute a demand generation engine, utilising various channels such as face-to-face events, C-level engagements, digital platforms & mix, ABM, content syndication, roundtables and more.

  • Develop, manage and mentor a marketing team, including contractors, effectively communicating expectations, and ensuring high-quality plan execution to drive demand, engagement, and awareness.

  • Proactively look at ways to attract new customers while also serving the base and developing plans accordingly.

  • An integral member of the APAC & ME leadership team, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders and their teams to achieve business goals including customer success, product marketing, solution architects and sales teams.

  • Align marketing strategies with company goals with localised messaging tailored to the regional customers and base.

  • Create marketing plans and cultivate relationships with the Securiti channel team, channel partners, and technology partners, successfully meeting joint ROI targets.

  • Drive customer & partner events contributing to year-on-year growth in attendance and pipeline return growth.

  • Collaborate with local PR agencies to distribute press releases and position consistent content in relevant media publications.

  • Collaborate closely with a diverse range of vendors and suppliers, adeptly negotiating optimal rates to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
