Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Strategics

As a Regional Sales Manager covering Strategic accounts, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with partners, prospects and customers and evangelizing our value proposition with various stakeholders. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building high growth and repeatable business in your assigned territory.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager – Strategics to lead sales efforts within a defined set of high-potential strategic accounts. This role is focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with large, complex enterprise organizations that are key to Securiti.ai’s long-term growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to land transformational deals that solve critical challenges in data security and governance.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for a named set of strategic accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each organization’s business needs and regulatory challenges
Engage and build relationships with senior executives (CISO, CIO, CDO, Chief Privacy Officer, etc.)
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver customized solutions and drive long-term value
Forecast accurately, maintain pipeline discipline, and manage deal execution using Salesforce
Educate prospects and clients on Securiti.ai’s differentiated value proposition in the Unified Data Controls category
Represent Securiti.ai at industry events and customer forums to enhance visibility and influence buying decisions
5–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or data governance
Demonstrated success in landing and growing strategic enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, executive engagement, and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)
Experience selling into data-centric buyers (Security, Privacy, Governance, Risk, Compliance) is a strong plus
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced certifications a plus
